UNMC is partnering with the City of Omaha to construct public improvements west of Saddle Creek Road to expand UNMC’s campus while improving the surrounding public roadways. The improvements will follow City of Omaha Standard Specification and have been designed by Olsson, FHU, and Benesch.

All documents currently contained in this solicitation are for informational purposes only. Additional information/documents will be added via formal addendum as the University gets closer to final bid documents for public review/response.

A Bid response is NOT to be submitted until after the mandatory pre-bid meeting.

The project generally consists of new Sanitary Sewer, Sewer Rehabilitation work, Storm Sewer, Paving, and Transmission Duct Bank Construction. Reference overall site plan exhibit for project extents.
