Description
The Department of the Interior, United States Geological Survey, Ecosystems Mission Area, Cooperative Research Units, Michigan Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit requires an unmanned surface vehicle (USV) with side scan and bathymetric multibeam sonar, to be delivered to East Lansing, MI, within 90 days from the date the contractor receives the purchase order.

There are no options.

This competitive RFQ is being issued in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.201-1 Simplified Procedures. The anticipated award date is 09/01/2026. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov to be awarded the purchase order. Quotations shall be submitted to Miranda Blankenship at miranda_blankenship@ios.doi.gov no later than 1:00PM Eastern Daylight Time (ED), Wednesday, July 29, 2026.
