Your company must be registered with the University's SAP Business Network account to access and respond to the bid. Current registration status and instructions to complete registration can be found in the eBid Request for Information (RFI) 4023-24-7200 Request for Information- ALL SUPPLIERS: SAP Ariba Transition.

If your company is registered with the University in the SAP Business Network and you did not receive a notification for the bid in Ariba, please contact your SAP Business Network administrator to verify that 1) you have been setup as a user on your company's account, and 2) your company responded to the registration questionnaire with the correct commodity codes.

ALL BID OPPORTUNITIES WILL BE ISSUED AND REQUIRE RESPONSE VIA THE SAP ARIBA SYSTEM. The eBid system will be used for notifications only until June 30, 2025.
