The University of Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor for the removal of the existing modified bitumen BUR roofing systems and coping cap metal over the Pool and Locker Room portions of the building and providing a new 90 mil. EPDM and rigid polyisocyanurate insulation and ½” gypsum cover board roof system and .090” aluminum coping caps. The new EPDM roof system and aluminum coping cap shall be provided with a 30-year, 90-MPH wind speed warranty.
