Description
The University of South Carolina seeks to contract with a private developer to long-term lease seven university-owned historic residential structures. Five homes are located on College Street and two small apartment buildings front the Henderson Street corridor within the historic University Hill neighborhood district. Developers are expected to design, renovate, finance, operate and maintain the structures as short-term residential properties.
