SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

The Landlord of the proposed subleased area is the University of Florida, with space listed for commercial retail or office use.

Space Details/Location:

The Premises is Suite G-1, is approximately 1,467 SF± contiguous square feet, and located in the University of Florida Reitz Union on Main Campus. The location of the premises is within the heart of the Reitz Student Union Building, with access to significant foot traffic exposure, proximity to other popular business’s such as Subway, Baba’s Pizza, The Halal Shack, Fat G’s, Taste of Gainesville, Mia Apa, The Market, Sonic, Starbucks, Panda Express, among others, in the area outlined in red as shown in the following Section C.

Tenant Operation:

Landlord is seeking a Tenant for Commercial Retail or Office use.  Uses include but are not limited to:

Phone/IT repair, eye/sunglass shop, nail salon, photography store, skincare/body waxing service, screen printing shop, tanning salon, travel agency, moped repair shop, car rental service, vitamin shop, boutique clothing/accessory store, banking, etc.

Stated Excluded uses: Food related users, textbook bookstore, gator apparel, gambling, alcohol.
