The University of Calgary (UCalgary) intends to purchase the GE LOGIQ e Vet R9 Console with transducers, probe, and the associated support services from Antech Diagnostics. The UCalgary Vet Medicine Laboratory Teaching Team requires the GE LOGIQ e Vet R9 ultrasound system to effectively support the diverse needs of faculty members across three different units. These requirements include various species, both field and hospital settings, and a wide range of anatomical areas of clinical interests. LOGIQ e Vet R9 is the latest evolution of GE’s most advanced portable compact product, delivering superior image quality for small animal and equine applications within a robust, compact system suitable for both primary care and referral-level veterinary practices. In addition, Antech Diagnostics provides comprehensive local support for the system, significantly reducing downtime and minimizing operational costs. It is the team’s understanding that Antech Diagnostics is the only vendor capable of meeting their teaching, research and operational requirements.
