University Heights Elementary School Re-Roof
Nettleton Public Schools
Tate General Contractors is accepting competitive bids from specialty contractors for the following project: University Heights Elementary School Metal Roof Retrofit and HVAC Upgrades for the Nettleton Public School District located in Jonesboro, Arkansas, hereinafter termed owner. Bids are on a lump sum basis. The Construction Manager, Tate General Contractors, Inc., on behalf of the owner, will receive sealed bids until Tuesday, September 9th, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Bids are to be delivered to the office of Tate General Contractors, Inc. at 115 Woody Lane, Jonesboro, AR 72401, where they will be opened publicly. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the project site, 300 Bowling Lane, Jonesboro, AR 72401, on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. The Pre-Bid meeting will begin at the Elementary Lobby Entrance.
Digital Copies ONLY of the Plans, Specs, and Bidding Documents (CM Project Manual) can be furnished by the Construction Manager upon request.
Bid proposals exceeding $20,000.00 MUST be accompanied by a bidder’s bond or cashier’s check in the amount of five percent of their bid (5%) made payable to: Tate General Contractors, Inc., Jonesboro, Arkansas.
All bidders must be licensed in the State of Arkansas, as provided by Act 142 of 1967, amended by Act 293 of 1969, and Act 397 of 1971, and Act 546 of 1971, as enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds using AIA Document A312.
No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the opening of the bids, without written consent from the owner.
