Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, responses to the University's prequalification documents for a series of Lump Sum contracts are sought from prospective prime contractor bidders (hereafter “bidders”) for the following project:
The University seeks to prequalify a pool of Prime Contractors who, once successfully prequalified, will be the only entities allowed to bid as Prime Contractors on a series of construction projects at the UCLA University Club (CAAN #4261). Each project covered by this prequalification shall: 1. Consists of construction work involving one or more building trades; and 2. Have a per project construction value of up to $640,000; and 3. Will be performed at the UCLA University Club (CAAN #4261). The time period covered by this prequalification will begin once the list of successfully prequalified entities is posted and will end on December 31, 2027.
