This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and in conjunction with FAR Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.





This is a a 100%, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside request for quotation for the commercial Brand Name or Equal the purchase, deliver, unload, and replace (removal of existing batteries and installation of new batteries) 80ea VRLA Sealed Lead Acid Batteries for the NEC’s Galaxy 225KVA Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) and 80ea VRLA Sealed Lead Acid Batteries for the Liebert 400KVA Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS)
