25-3934 Unity Park Detention Pond Repair Project

The City of Greenville is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the Unity Park Detention Pond Repair Project. The project includes, but not limited to, removal of 140 LF infiltration trench, installation of 24”x 36” drop inlet, installation of two Type 9 catch basins, and installation of 200 LF of new concrete curb.  The scope of work is outlined more clearly in the construction plans.

The project will be administered and managed by the City of Greenville.   The contractor chosen to complete the work will be responsible for providing all materials and labor needed to complete the project.  It is the contractor’s responsibility to visit the site and review the construction plans.

Contractor will be responsible for traffic control in the park during construction to limit disturbance of activities and minimize loss of parking.   Construction activities shall be coordinated with the City’s project manager prior to beginning work.  The contractor shall be considerate of all user groups in the park.

Bids will be received electronically until 2:00 P.M. ET, February 26, 2025.  The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., February 19, 2025.
