Description
The scope of the work for this project includes the renovation of Unity Elementary School. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Demolition, suspended ceiling and grid, vinyl composition tile floor and rubber base, epoxy resinous flooring, painting, replacement of toilet partitions and accessories, replacement of plumbing fixtures, replacement of toilet room heaters replacement of MedicaL and Administration Hvac, and electrical work.
