United Way of the Midlands (UWM) is soliciting proposals on behalf of Community Partners of the Midlands (WellPartners), a free dental and eye clinic owned and operated by UWM. The selected contractor will provide plumbing services to support the relocation of WellPartners from its existing facility to the new Family Services Center.
