Project Description: This Contract provides for on call, non-emergency and emergency repair plumbing services and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The City intends to award one contract for an initial period of three (3) years, with the option to extend for one (1) additional year.
Engineer's Estimate - $30,000 per year
