Project Description: This contract provides for the repair, replacement, and service of overhead door equipment and motor operated gates at multiple sites with various door systems at each site and other work and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The City intends to award one contract for an initial period of three (3) years, with the option to extend for one (1) additional year.
Engineer's Estimate - $100,000 per year
