Project Description: This contract provides for on-call repairs and maintenance of the City of Vancouver’s HVAC systems and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and General Conditions. The City intends to award one contract for an initial period of three (3) years, with the option to extend for one (1) additional year. The period of this Bid and its prices shall be for one (1) year, commencing on the effective date of the contract.
Engineer's Estimate - $125,000 per year
