Project Description: This contract provides for electrical maintenance services including installation, repair and replacement work at any City owned or leased facilities, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the General Conditions. The City intends to award one contract for an initial period of three (3) years, with the option to extend for one (1) additional year. The period of this Bid and its prices shall be for one (1) year, commencing on the effective date of the contract.
