Project Description: This Contract provides for all labor, tools, materials and equipment for emergency securing and board up services for private houses and other structures within Clark County. Contractor shall be on call and available all days and all hours for services. Contractor shall acknowledge the request, arrive on-site and start Work within 2 (two) hours of the request, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the General Conditions.
The City intends to award one contract for an initial period of three (3) years, with the option to extend for one (1) additional year.
Engineer's Estimate - $10,000 per year
