Demo and replace flooring, bathroom finishes, kitchen cabinetry and counters. Painting of walls, doors, and ceilings. Replacement of plumbing fixtures; reconfiguration of supply and sanitary plumbing for new fixtures. Reconfiguration of electrical power for renovated spaces and new appliances; replacement and additional lighting fixtures. Replacement of bathroom and kitchen ventilation fans connected to existing ductwork.
