Unit Bathroom Ceramic Tile Install

The Home is soliciting pricing for the installation (labor only) of various ceramic wall and flooring tile materials, self-leveling, grout and water proofing in seventeen (17) bathrooms and, as an add/alternate #1, installation of various ceramic wall and flooring tile materials, self-leveling, grout and water proofing in one (1) staff bathroom and, as an add/alternate #2, installation of various ceramic wall and flooring tile materials, grout and water proofing in one (1) shower room. The Home will supply all materials to complete the project. All project work is subject to New York State prevailing wages and certified payroll submission as per New York State Department of Labor, PRC #2025000890. Award will be based on lowest total pricing. Pricing must be complete to be considered for award. Any missing pricing will disqualify the Contractor.

In compliance with the Procurement Lobbying Act signed into law by Governor Pataki in August, 2005, and effective January 1, 2006, permissible contact by an Offeror in relation to any specific procurement in excess of $15,000 should be made only with authorized personnel of the Home who are designated as the contact person(s) in the bid specifications.
