The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all outage labor, supervision, tools, apparatus, equipment, and conveyances, including the mobilization/demobilization necessary for the hydro-cleaning services of the primary and secondary GGS Unit 2 air heaters.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting for prospective Bidders will be held at 6089 South Highway 25 in Sutherland, Nebraska, on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at 1:00 p.m., CST, for the purpose of reviewing the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the pre-bid meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders attend this meeting.
