Description
Project Description: Warfel Construction Company in conjunction with Union Community Care of Lancaster, PA, will receive bids online via PennBid for Elevator modernization/replacement of the existing 2,000 lb. passenger elevator. The elevator work will be funded by ARPA. Please refer to the attached State prevailing wage rates.
We will receive bids for this project until 5:00 p.m. on December 6, 2024. All documents and solicitations details are available online for no cost at PennBid – https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
