Description


Project work includes full coverage of preventive inspection, repair, and maintenance of Interrupted power supply systems, including furnishing all labor, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary. Service shall include full coverage on all UPS System parts and labor for installation/ repair of parts (including recommendations for batteries).
Full service includes inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of the UPS. Inspections include the following: semi-annual battery maintenance, which consists of environmental stat checks, infrared scan sections, inputting and recording measurements of meter voltages, recording battery float voltages, and verifying meter readings. Semi-annual 3-phase UPS inspections also include environmental stat checks and infrared scan sections, inputting and recording measurements, meter voltages, inspecting active alarms, and ensuring all fans are operating correctly.
Annual major PM for 3-phase UPS inspections includes alarm and enunciation inspections, environmental, fan, and overtemperature inspections, and recording several meter readings, including mechanical inspection and power supply sections, inspections on fan and over temperature sections, set and record alarms and all UPS operations.
