Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is seeking small business sources to determine the availability of vendors that can provide preventative and corrective maintenance services for TWO uninterruptible power supply's (UPS') and all batteries at NAS/JRB New Orleans, ATC Tower as described in the DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) provided as an attachment.

A firm fixed price (FFP) contract is anticipated delivery no later than 30 days after receipt of order.

Submission Requirements: Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by submitting the following:

1. Contractor Information. Please provide the following:

• Company name


• Company address


• Point of Contact name, phone number, and email


• CAGE code and UEID number

2. NAICS Codes and Size of business associated - Small Business.

• If a small business, please provide the socioeconomic status (veteran-owned, woman-owned, etc.)

3. If the services can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle or Open market.

Those firms interested in providing information in response to this sources sought are requested to provide the above information to Maria Brophy at maria.n.brophy.civ@us.navy.mil by 5:00 PM EDT on 24 July 2025. The subject line of the e-mail shall read: Uninterrupted Power Supply, NAS/JRB NOLA. Submissions shall not exceed five (5) single sided pages in length.

If a solicitation is released, it is the responsibility of the potential offeror to monitor for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
