The City of Greenville is requesting sealed bids for Police uniforms (the “Project”). The Department has previously conducted extensive wear testing and identified a uniform product that meets its operational requirements for durability, fit, appearance, and color retention. Based on this evaluation, the Department established a standard uniform currently in use by its officers. To maintain consistency in appearance and performance, bidders shall provide uniforms that meet or exceed the specifications of the current standard, including but not limited to fabric quality, color match, fit, and durability. Any proposed alternative must be demonstrably equivalent in all material respects and subject to approval by the Department.

Bids will be received electronically until 2:00 P.M. ET, May 18, 2026. The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., May 8, 2026.
