Notes	The Clear Creek Independent School District (CCISD) is accepting proposals for Uniforms, Apparel, Screen Printing, and Embroidery. The District is utilizing this RFP method of procurement in accordance with Texas Education Code Section 44.031. Interested vendors should respond to this RFP and submit responses to CCISD through our IONWAVE bidding system. It is the intention of CCISD to award multiple qualified vendors for Uniforms, Apparel, Screen Printing, and Embroidery. Vendors shall, at the request of CCISD, provide these products and/or covered services under the terms of this RFP and the Contract set forth in CCISD Contract Terms and Conditions. For the scope and specifications of this proposal, please see Attribute 6 - Scope of Proposal/Specifications Questions must be submitted electronically no later than Wednesday, October 8, 2025, by 2:00 PM (CT) in the "Questions" tab. All questions will be answered in IONWAVE. Questions received after the deadline may not be answered. This is a multiple vendor awarded proposal/contract. This RFP is due on Thursday, October 23, 2025 , by 2:00 PM (CT) . Late responses will not be considered. CCISD anticipates submitting a recommendation for contract award to the Board of Trustees at the regular November 2025 Board Meeting. THE TERM OF THIS CONTRACT WILL BE EFFECTIVE BEGINNING DECEMBER 1, 2025, THROUGH NOVEMBER 30, 2026, AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING ANNUALLY FOR THREE (3) ADDITIONAL ONE-YEAR TERMS THROUGH NOVEMBER 30, 2029. To be considered a responsive offer, vendors must first REGISTER through IONWAVE. Once you receive your email activating your registration, you must login to the RFP, complete the process and submit your response in IONWAVE by the deadline.
