UNIFORM RENTAL AND LAUNDRY SERVICES

Project Description: The Sacramento Public Library Authority (SPLA) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced companies to provide uniform rentals, the laundering and delivery of uniforms, cleaning linens, and floor mats for at least twenty-three (23) library locations. At the time of the release of this RFP, eligible companies must have an established Headquarters or Main Office located within 50 miles of the Central Library (828 I Street, Sacramento, CA 95814), offering the requested services.
The Library is accepting proposals for a three-year contract with the possibility of three additional one-year renewals at the sole discretion of the Library. The anticipated initial term of the contract is February 26, 2026 through February 28, 2029, with possible extensions through February 29, 2032. These dates are subject to change.
