Project Description: State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: Uniform, Linen, and Mat Services.
This RFP may result in multiple awards. The methodology that will be used to determine the number of awards is: Offerors achieving a total score of 650 points (65% of the 1,000 total points) will be awarded a contract.
Length of Contract: 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 6 months.
Administrative Fee: One-Half of One Percent (or 0.50%).
