ROCKDALE COUNTY'S PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT

UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE UPDATE

The Rockdale County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed proposals to furnish all labor, material, and equipment for the Rockdale County's Planning & Development Unified Development Ordinance Update for Rockdale County.

Any questions and/or misunderstandings that may arise from this RFP must be submitted in writing to Adrienne Brown at Adrienne.m.brown@rockdalecountyga.gov or to the Department of Finance at the address below. Submit questions and/or requests for clarifications regarding this RFP no later than 2:00 P.M., local time, Tuesday, December 3, 2024. Written responses will be issued in an addendum. It is the bidder's responsibility to check the Rockdale County website at www.rockdalecountyga.gov , Bid Opportunities, Current ITBs/RFPs for any addenda that may be issued, prior to submitting a bid for this RFP.

There will be a NON-MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Conference held via TEAMS at 10:00, A.M., local time, Monday, November 25, 2024.

Sealed proposals are due no later than 2:00 P.M., local time, Thursday, December 12, 2024, at the Department of Finance, 958 Milstead Avenue, Conyers, Georgia 30012. Any proposal received after said time and date will not be considered by OWNER.

Rockdale County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
