Project Description: Alpine School District Department of Purchasing is the Issuing Procurement Unit, and Alpine School District Business Services is the Conducting Procurement Unit
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide underwriting services in connection with the Authority’s planned issuance of up to $215,000,000 in Lease Revenue Bonds (the “2025 Bonds”).
This RFP may result in multiple awards. The Authority intends to hire one or more firms to serve as underwriter(s) for the transaction.
