Project Description: Manor Independent School District (the “District”) is soliciting request for qualifications (“RFQ”) from qualified professionals to provide Underwriting Services (“the Project”), as specifically set forth in the 27-001RFQ package and pursuant to Texas Education Code Section 44.031.
