Summary

The City of Winter Park (hereinafter referred to as "City") is seeking a Contractor to provide underground utility locating services, including electric, water, wastewater, and fiber, on an "as-needed" basis. The Contractor will assist the City in managing its utility workload by accurately locating underground infrastructure and responding to Sunshine 811 tickets assigned by the City.

Background

The City of Winter Park service area is approximately 19 square miles. It has 95 miles of underground electric, 551 miles of water mains and 186 miles of waste water lines.
