Underground Material Order

The City of College Station is soliciting bids for the purchase of Underground Material Order - HDPE Conduit, Elbows and Manholes in accordance with the following definitions, terms and conditions of bidding.

Electronic response packages, in the format prescribed herein, shall be uploaded to Brazos Valley e-Marketplace (“Bidding Portal”) until 2:00 p.m. CT on November 18, 2025, after which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at City Hall – Purchasing Division (1101 Texas Avenue, College Station TX, 77840). Individuals interested in observing the bid opening may attend in person or virtually via Microsoft Teams Meeting . Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring bids are successfully uploaded to the Bidding Portal prior to the stated submission deadline.
