UMC 1st Floor Humidity Control Improvements

Project Description: UMC's seeks to engage a qualified contractor to provide construction services for humidification control improvements on the first-floor operating rooms located at the North Tower and West Expansion. The project’s objective is to provide and maintain humidity levels established by Joint Commission Standards, Texas Health and Human Services & Facility Guideline Institute standards for healthcare facilities. The upgrades will include HVAC modifications and control systems designed to regulate and monitor humidity levels through building automation integration.
