UMC East Tower 9th Floor Window Glass Replacement

Project Description: UMC Hospital seeks a qualified contractor to provide turnkey services for the replacement of a window glass pane on the 9th floor room 956, East tower. The window glass pane will be owner furnished and the contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to replace the glass. Also, restore the affected area to a safe and functional condition. Additionally, the contractor must provide the necessary services including but not limited to incidental architectural repairs, re-installing existing blinds, rental equipment, elevated work platforms if necessary or any exterior incidental work in relation to the window replacement.
