UMC 5755 E Charleston Clinic Remodel

SCOPE OF WORK SUMMARY: This project is located at 5755 E Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89142. Build out will take place in a space measuring approximately 15,852 square feet with the end result to be a new UMC Quick Care and Primary Care clinic location. The existing space is a former Fresh and Easy and indoor swap meet. The renovation work will include, but not be limited to, demolition and addition of walls and finishes with upgrades to the existing HVAC rooftop units.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. , beginning at the entrance to the building located at 5755 E Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89142 .

Bid documents, specifications and drawings will be available on the NGEM System starting on Tuesday, February 11, 2025.

All questions/requests for clarification related to this Bid must be received in the NGEM system no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 25, 2025. OWNER aims to issue any necessary Addenda by close of business Monday, March 3 2025. However, OWNER reserves the right to issue Addenda after said date.

Responses will be accepted electronically on the NGEM website at www.ngemnv.com on or before Monday, March 10, 2025 at 11:00:00 a .m., based on the time clock on the NGEM website.
