Ultraviolet Disinfection Upgrade and Refurbishment

Sarasota County intends to award a sole source procurement to Environmental Equipment Services, LLC for the provision of ultraviolent disinfection upgrade and refurbishment of an InLine 7500 unit at the Siesta Key Waste Water Treatment Plant.

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.

The County is not interested in responses from respondents not authorized by Nuvonics formerly Aquionics Inc. to sell these products/services to the County.

Per correspondence from Nuvonics formerly Aquionics Inc. dated July 14, 2025 Environmental Equipment Services LLC (EES) is the sole authorized Representative for all municipal related equipment (new or upgrades), service, parts and installation for Nuvonics formerly Aquionics in the state of Florida.

Any vendor who believes they can provide the goods/service described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified.
