BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK

IMPORTANT NOTE: This Sources Sought is for market research purposes only (to determine the socioeconomic status).
PURPOSE
VA Western Colorado Health Care System (WCHCS)requires a contractor to provide a new Ultrasound System for the genecology/urology clinics, in accordance with this SOW, in an efficient, cost-effective, and safe manner, while contributing the VA Mission.
Contractor must deliver the products per the delivery times and to the delivery locations in this SOW.
Requirements
Contractor is required to provide new Ultrasound System for the genecology/urology clinics for use at the new Grand Junction VA Medical Center, that satisfy the salient characteristics in this SOW.

Delivery Location: Products must be delivered to VA Western Colorado Health Care System, 2121 North Ave Grand Junction, CO 81501
