Project Description: SCOPE: The contractor shall supply all necessary labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform annual System Ultrasonic Rail Testing Analysis and Report of the Niagara Frontier Transit Metro System’s (NFTM) Rail Transit System.
