The scope of work includes selective demolition; carpeting; painting; lighting; glass entry door and side-lites window systems; doors and door frames; glazing; re-routing the downspout discharge; signage; site work; curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and driveways; grasses; concrete; masonry; metal framing; acoustical ceiling; tiling; toilet compartments; HAZMAT abatement; ductwork; HVAC; plumbing; electrical; and miscellaneous related work.
