Project Description: The project consists of the removal and replacement of the following mechanical systems and associated components: six (6) chilled water air handling units, six (6) water-source dehumidifying units, one (1) additional chilled water air handling unit, existing variable air volume (VAV) terminal devices, chilled water piping systems, and condensate risers. Work shall also include selective demolition, doors and door hardware, tile and stone, acoustical ceiling, painting, fire alarm, ductwork, direct digital control (DDC) systems, plumbing, interior lighting, electrical, temporary cooling system, and miscellaneous related work.
