UHH-16206 HCC BUILDING 394 EXTERIOR REPAIRS

Project Description: Provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment and insurance necessary to address
exterior repairs at Hawaii Community College (HCC) at Manono Campus, Building 394,
for the University of Hawaii at Hilo, as called for on the plans and technical
specifications.

Special Instructions

Pre-Bid Conference/Job Site Walk-Through

Due to the conditions at the site that may not be clearly identified in technical
specifications and plans, it is highly recommended that all bidders attend the pre-bid
conference/job site walk-through at 9:00 AM (HST), March 25, 2026, at the HCC Manono
Campus, Building 394, Hilo, Hawaii 96720.

Substitutions/Clarifications

Requests for substitutions/clarifications regarding the RFQ and its requirements must be
submitted to Cory Kaizuka, University of Hawaii at Hilo, at kaizuka@hawaii.edu no later
than 4:00 p.m. (HST) on April 3, 2026.
