UGA West Campus Dining, Learning and Well-Being Center Equipment Package 2

The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, Owner, will receive sealed bids from contractors electronically via the Jaggaer Sourcing Director online bidding tool for the provision of FF&E "Equipment Package 2 for West Campus Dining, Learning and Well-Being Center" located at 301 E Cloverhurst Ave, Building 2267, Athens GA 30602. At the time and place noted in the Sourcing Event, the bids will be publicly opened and announced.
The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, labor, tools, skills, equipment, shop drawings, samples and incidentals for the successful completion of the aforementioned project. Plans, specifications and contract documents can be found in Buyers Attachments of this solicitation or can be obtained electronically by sending an email request for such documents to the Issuing Officer, Emily Salvia at emily.riley@uga.edu. All questions regarding bid documents shall be sent to the same email address. No questions will be answered via telephone.
Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond executed by the bidder and surety company authorized to transact business in the State of Georgia, in the sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the base bid. Said bond will be returned to unsuccessful bidders as soon as the Contract between the Owner and the successful bidder has been executed by the Owner.
IMPORTANT: All items in this Equipment package are considered Sole Brand unless they are identified on the Pricing Schedule with an Asterick. All Astericked items are eligible for value engineering or alternate options. Bidders are to submit all requests for an approved equal to the Issuing Officer by the Q&A deadline for consideration. All approved equals will be listed in a subsequent Addendum.
