UGA - Student Housing Carpet Cleaning Services

The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (¿BOR¿) as ¿Owner¿, on behalf of the University of Georgia (¿UGA¿), ¿User¿ is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to accept bids for carpet cleaning services (Hot Water Extraction) in the common areas of student housing facilities, per the attached Bid Specifications. Pricing must include all applicable costs for products or services and all other requirements as outlined in the Specifications. All questions must be submitted to the Procurement Office via the Questions function on this solicitation.  Prospective bidders should only contact the University of Georgia Procurement Office regarding this solicitation.
Please note that there is a Mandatory Bidder¿s Conference.  The Conference begins promptly at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. The meeting location is Church Hall, 880 South Lumpkin Street, Athens, Georgia. Parking is available at Tate Student Center parking deck, which is a short walk (0.2 miles) to Church Hall, 880 S. Lumpkin St. Athens ,GA.  Hourly parking rates are published. Transportation will be provided from Church Hall to Rooker Hall and return trip will drop attendees off at Tate Student Center parking deck. Please limit attendees to two (2) per bidding company. There will be no parking available at Church Hall.
