UGA-Printing of Edmonia Lewis Exhibition Catalogue

Purpose of Procurement

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide printing of an Edmonia Lewis Exhibition Catalogue to the University of Georgia (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.
The services required are design, editorial management, typesetting, three rounds of text proofing, three rounds of color proofing, backup proofreading, image management, pre-press, printing, binding, packing, freight, transportation, insurance in transit, customs brokerage, and delivery of the work. Two sets of duplicate CMYK images reproduced in the book will be provided to the Georgia Museum of Art (GMOA) once the materials have been delivered to the printer.
A single contract award will be made to the responsive and responsible supplier who submits the highest-scoring proposal, and with whom the University of Georgia can reach agreement on contract terms and conditions.
