UGA Oglethorpe Dining Commons Serving Counter, Hot & Cold Well and Reach-In Refrigerators

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), the University of Georgia is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to accept bids for a Multiteria Custom Serving Counter, Low Temp Industries Hot and Cold Wells and Beverage-Air Reach-In Refridgerators for the Oglethorpe House Dining Commons per the attached Bid Specifications. SUBSTITUTES AND/OR ALTERNATES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  Pricing must include all applicable costs for products or services, including any applicable shipping charges FOB Destination to Athens, Georgia, and all other requirements as outlined in the Specifications.  All questions must be submitted to the Procurement Office via the Questions function on this solicitation.  Prospective bidders should only contact the University of Georgia Procurement Office regarding this solicitation.
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Monday 8/25/25 from 2:30-3:30 p.m. at Oglethorpe Dining Commons, 160 University Court, Athens, GA 30602. Parking is available at the South Campus Parking Deck located at 100 W. Green Street, Athens, GA 30602. This is a six minute walk from the deck to the site visit.
The primary intent of this RFQ is to identify a single source (lowest priced, responsive and responsible supplier) to provide all of the needed goods and/or services; however, the University of Georgia reserves the right to make split awards.
