UGA Off-Campus Student Housing

Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Off-Campus Housing to the The University of Georgia (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.
This initiative aims to address the housing shortfall for our student body of approximately 40,000 by providing a reliable resource for students to identify suitable housing options within the Athens-Clarke County area. The desired platform will offer a definitive, vetted listing of housing options, ensuring that facilities meet established standards, are regularly evaluated, and collaborate effectively with the community to cater to diverse student needs.
This solicitation will result in the single award of an Agency Contract for a period of one-year with four annual renewals available at the University's sole discretion. The award will be made to the responsive and responsible supplier who provides the highest scoring proposal and is able to reach agreement on terms with the University.
