UF Jacksonville Building 1A - GMP #1 Clark/AWC, a Joint Venture, in conjunction with Edgemoor UF Jax Partners and the University of Florida, will be accepting SEALED proposals, which will be received until 11:30 p.m., Wednesday, October 21, 2026. This will be a private bid opening. Project includes temporary office trailers, earthwork, dewatering, auger cast piles, landscaping, and curtain wall systems. A voluntary site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 12:00 noon on site. Interested Bidders are required to notify Clark/AWC, a Joint Venture, of their Intent to Bid, in writing, no later than 2:00 p.m., October 14th, 2026, one week prior to bid opening. Interested Bidders who fail to notify Clark/AWC, a Joint Venture, of their intent to bid by the date referenced above MAY NOT be permitted to bid. Interested bidders are to reach out to Ryan Ulmer (ryan.ulmer@clarkconstruction.com). The University of Florida and Clark/AWC, a Joint Venture, are committed to providing equal opportunity and strongly encourage all interested small business firms and suppliers to submit bids. This project includes a JSEB participation requirement. Clark/AWC, a Joint Venture reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive formalities and irregularities in bidding and to accept bids which are considered by Clark/AWC, a Joint Venture, to be in the best interest of the project. |
