Project Description: The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract between the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) and a qualified firm to provide the Utah Department of Transportation and local agency partners within the State of Utah, public relations, outreach, and information management services for the Zero Fatalities.
Contractors must note that there are standards and specifications required by the Utah Department of Transportation that must be followed.
The State retains the right to reopen the solicitation to allow additional contractors to submit responses at any time.

It is anticipated that this solicitation will result in a SINGLE CONTRACT Award.
