Project Description: The Utah Department of Transportation, Procurement Services has issued this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms interested in providing a Siting Assessment and Economic Impact Analysis to determine whether there is a business case for a spaceport within the state of Utah..
Contractors must note that there are standards and specifications required by the Utah Department of Transportation that must be followed.
